Sales Representative - Automotive 3D Printed Thermoplastic Parts

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of our 3D printed thermoplastic parts within the automotive sector in Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry in Ontario.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and purchasing professionals at automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions utilizing our 3D printed thermoplastic parts.
4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our products.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to achieve win-win outcomes.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using our CRM system.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and potential threats.
10. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to 3D printing and thermoplastics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ontario as needed.
