I have one bedroom available in my 3 bed 2 bath duplex located on Laval Blvd (Westside). The duplex has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, with a bathroom on each floor. There are two living room spaces (one up and one down) as well! The basement tenant is a second year female university student, and the upstairs tenant is myself (29 y/o female) working full time.
The bedroom available is upstairs, will be unfurnished (has a desk and chair in it but can be easily taken out). The rest of the house is furnished, so you would only need to bring your things for your room! Rent is $600/month (includes utilities) and a damage deposit of $600 will also be required. Male or female tenants ok, no pets. I have a video tour of the place available to share, and am able to show the place in person as well! Available now or September 01!
