2 7000lb axles with 16” black mags and a full spare tire. Trailer has only been towed from the dealership lot to a permanent private campsite so trailer has been moved a total of 150km's

The exterior walls of the trailer are gel siding to help prevent against damage, has a built in backup camera location

Power adjustable stabilizers in all 4 corners of the trailer with a power lift jack at the front making for an easy setup. Has two 20lb propane bottles and two deep cycle batteries. The vents throughout the trailer have winter covers so can be open rain or snow and a powered aerial on the roof built in. Underneath the trailer is a fully sealed floor and heated water tanks for use in colder weather swell as helping to prevent mice from making their way in. There is a 4000watt evap Cummins Onan generator onboard which is plummed into the fuel tank and has electric start. The fuel tank also has a pumping station with a long hose for fuelling equipment. There is also a pressure washer connection on the outside of the trailer with a hose. There is also an option for waste tank clean out using the onboard spray.

There are two doors for entrance with a powered awning spanning both that has led accent lighting. as-well as air conditioning unit and propane heat vented throughout the living space.

The master bedroom has a full walk around king bed with lots of storage space under the bed and cabinetry. A full ensuite bathroom and a TV. There is also a button beside the bed to start and stop the onboard generator so you don't need to exit the trailer.

The Main living area of the trailer has powered aposing slides making for a very large room. There is a electric fire place below a 40” TV (3 tv's throughout) On the mantle is the entertainment hub which controls all of the music / tv volume with bluetooth throughout the trailer and for the speakers outside of the trailer. There is a 4 seat recliner with heated and massaging leather from the Timothy Dalton collection with very soft leather. The trailer also has wood blinds and blackout curtains throughout. Linoleum flooring throughout living space

The kitchen has a large sink with a built in cutting board for easy use, storage and clean up. Kitchen also has a 3 burner gas stove with a glass cover and a convection microwave oven. The fridge/ freezer works on both electric and propane. And the kitchen overall has lots of storage space with a large pantry and lots of cupboards.

The “garage” is a fully separated space with a door in-between the rest of the trailer. In the toy hauler there is 1 power lifting king bed and 1 power lifting leather couch for the dining table that can also be folded into a bed making two large bunk bed in the back. There is a two piece bathroom with a toilet and a sink. There is a quality duradeck rubber flooring with ample tie down points. The very large back door also suspends with a full aluminum railing and bug net to make a hanging patio off the back of the trailer. Toy hauler also has its own separate entrance. Also the 2 ground decks can go with if wanted.
