You do the talking, while me and the executive music producer do the creative front. You and the personal manager do more of the ‘mission impossible' stuff. You get people to say yes. You make deals and get it in writing. I'm more of a thinker, you're more of a doer…………ya know you get outside. Cherie doesn't. The truth is, you're the How-to Manager. I don't know how, that's why I hired you and because I don't like to talk to people, not strangers. I'm an extrovert, I'll talk to my 3 bodyguards (the only ones I feel safe with….and a handful of friends that actually somewhat care about me). But you're really the How-to Manager. The only reason why I call it “music manager” is because its in-keeping with tradition, and so outside people know who to go to. Ie.Collabs. ie.royalty PRO staff.

You're the spokesman. You play the chess-game. Tradition.

You dress well for a fancy occasion. Attend award shows. I'll help you with wardrobe, you'll have 3 characters on rotation(modes, 1 of 3 picked out). Honestly, it's as if the music manager could just be an actor/locations manager, helps me make the music videos by being a model, answers the phone like 30 times a yr., and attends the award shows. See if he bails, then I am okay with that, as long as I have my Executive music producer, Cinematographer, and Personal manager. Creative bus(3) v Business Bus(1)…..see I really wanted 2 in the Business so they can talk to each other and not go nuts… huh.

You are the front door to the other 2 bodyguards; you know who enters and exits your Creative Castle. You're like the lion at the black vintage gates. Buffer, you protect, the Creative front because its damaging for their work to be criticized. Be mindful that Cherie and the Executive music producer are passionate about their creative work, much like a movie director………………………..it can be really touchy. The music conductor of an Orchestra might not always put out a good song, roll with it, there's always filler songs on an album, there will always the pretty girl in the line up, and the medium one, but the line up needs to be there. Men love to cherry pick, people love to judge, art gallery: “Oh I want to see which ones are good.” Be the shield and not let your internal team overhear. Constructive vs destructive(you ARE the bullet proof vest). Beethoven was remembered 400yrs later, more so than his critics…………….think about that, the snob in the room won't always be remembered…………..in the grand scheme of hx.

• Temporary music manager is this black guy in the U.S. We will continue paying for his consultation, approx. 9 sessions in the next 2yrs, he is your life-line, he is YOUR go-to, I am busy driving the Creative Bus. After 2 yrs, say 3 sessions per yr with him, as a life-line.

• Tax CPA is a Filipino business guy, known him for 5 yrs.

I have a make-shift music manager. I have a make-shift website. AhhhhhhhqosAHHAaaAHHuwahahh. I need something solid. There's plenty to read/talk about in multiple interviews.
