Sales Representative at Blacbiblio

Introduction: Blacbiblio, a leading provider of educational resources, is seeking experienced and dynamic sales professionals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while utilizing your sales expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment. We are specifically looking for individuals with a proven track record in selling to school board.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative will be to generate sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with school boards and educational institutions. This will involve identifying potential clients, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Customer Relationship Management: The Sales Representative will be expected to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as develop new relationships with prospective clients. This includes providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation of sales strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and develop targeted sales approaches.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and contracts. Provide regular reports and analysis to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in selling to school boards or educational institutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting products and services, as well as building rapport with clients.
Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively is crucial for closing deals and maximizing revenue.
Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of Educational Sector: A solid understanding of the educational sector, including the needs and challenges faced by school boards and educational institutions, is preferred.
