Must not be allergic and be friendly to cats, non-smoker and no overnight guests.

Proof of employment, for example a recent pay stub and/or a letter of employment is required.

Shared space includes kitchen (you would have your own refrigerator), dining room, living room and main floor laundry. There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 are shared. A parking spot in the driveway is available.

Everything is included in the rent: heat, hydro, air conditioning and unlimited high-speed internet (50 MBPS down, 10 MBPS up) and parking.
