2012 Evergreen Ever-lite travel trailer. Asking 12,500. Well equipped. Only reason for selling is Grampa wants one a little bigger with reclining chairs. This is a unique trailer with a front kitchen with tons of storage and counterspace and has a rear queen bedroom. Roof has max-air vent covers on all 3 vents. Moon roof in shower and a lovely sky-lite over the dining table with a retractable shade at the ceiling to cover the skylite. Bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress,(60x74) never used. Lots of storage space in the bedroom too with extra drawers for small items. Bathroom has a large vanity and double medicine cabinet, the toilet is a porcelain right height unit and the shower has a tub too with an extended shower curtain for extra room. There is a large wardrobe and couch that slide out together for extra space in the living area. The couch also folds down to sleep 2 persons. There is a dinette with bench seating for 4 people and it folds down too to sleep 2 persons. Above the dinette is overhead storage and a CD/DVD/ radio player too. TheTV is on a support bracket at the edge of the dinette and it folds out easily to be watched from one side of the dinette table and the couch. The fridge is an electric/propane 6 cu ft unit with two doors. There is a microwave above the 3 burner propane stove and oven that still looks brand new. In the kitchen is a large corner sink and tons of storage above and below the long counter and there is a 6 shelf pantry too. Vinyl flooring throughout the trailer. The hot water tank, furnace and 12v pump are in the dining area and very easily accessible for end of season closing up. The trailer has an enclosed heated underbelly for cold weather camping and to keep any unwanted pests out. The axles also have greaseable bearing buddies.
