Jaqueline is a full sized 4.5yr old female donkey born October 2019.
Never bred. Used to all ages of humans walking around her with comfort.
She lives with a variety of farm animals and is highly bonded.
Affectionate (especially loves butt scratches) but has not been formally worked with.
She has a halter on for hoof trims. Likely 2-3 days of working with her would build her comfort with the halter.
Hooves grow very nicely and are professionally done every 2 months - as the farrier comes for other animals.
We are downsizing our farm animals in accordance with what our land can feed and it has taken me this long to realize that we just don't need 2 donkeys at this moment.
I will be keeping her older sister and hoping to find a stud service to breed her once (that could be part of a trade).
If you are not prepared to buy a donkey now and to commit to her longterm care - I would consider a rental agreement.
