My name is Viktoria and I am a PhD student at the University of Saskatchewan.
Starting July 1st a room in the flat I'm living in will be vacant and I am searching for a new flatmate - specifically another advanced student or young professional, who is also female (queer people welcome!).
The vacant room is small but gets a lot of light (two windows) and has a closet built into the wall. The room itself will be unfurnished though the rest of the flat is fully furnished and equipped.
You would share with me the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the laundry room (we have our own washer and dryer).
The flat has a balcony and is located in the neighborhood of Wildwood, with fast access to the Universty (2 min walk to the bus station, then 10 min ride). We are also only a short walk from a very nice park, a gas station, as well as College Park Mall (Sobeys, pharmacy, walk-in clinic, dentist, and a nice cafe that's perfect for students to work at).

The monthly cost is $700 $25 for internet.
I am searching for someone who communicates well, understands the intense work rhythms of a grad student and - most importantly! - someone who pays rent and internet on time and commits to help clean the shared space on a regular basis.
