We are currently looking for a motivated administrative assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Friendly
- Organized
- Detailed oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in working with numbers
- Team Player
- Bilingual (French and English)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Fluent in Sage50 (Simple Accounting) Payables and receivables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
- General receptionist duties- answer phone calls, sort mail, filing.
- Various other duties as necessary.

- Receptionist

- Bookkeeping
- Sage 50 Accounting
- Knowledge in the construction industry
40 Hours per week, Monday- Friday at our Moncton office.
