● Carry out work as instructed, Journeyman Carpenter is a requirement.

● Produce high quality work in an appropriate timeframe while being able to delight customers.

● Direct onsite supervision of staff and subcontractors.

● Make sure that site is a Safe Site at all times (This along with our No Lose Nails Policy are non-negotiables).

● Completing daily logs and site reports so we can support you and your team

● Comply with company quality systems while reading and understanding the plans

● If you can provide your own tools that would be ideal but not necessary
