Job Duties:
Identify potential clients within North America through cold calling, networking,
and social media
• Develop a deep understanding of clients staffing needs, industry specific trends and
market challenges
• Aligning our services in accordance to the requirements and circumstances
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals and
managerial staff of organizations
• Create a strong client portfolio by looking into diverse businesses
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client's
requirements and organizational goals
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients showcasing USPs
• Delivering well prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices
• Being out spoken for suggestions to improve future sales strategies
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and professional
development opportunities
• Keeping a detailed record of all the activities completed and in-progress
• Maintaining secrecy and integrity while excessing clients data
Job Requirements:

Prior experience in staffing industry is required.
Job Timing : 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay rate: Depending on experience
