ESTIMATOR for Deck and Fence Projects

We are currently seeking an experienced, mature ( 60 y.o) local ESTIMATOR to provide quotes and close deals with clients for projects involving decks and fences.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Industry experience in estimating-deal negotiating for decks and fences.
MUST BE MATURE AGE, LOCALLY BORN, w/ENGLISH AS MOTHER TONGUE.
ABILITY TO GENERATE ACCURATE QUOTES AND NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS w/CLIENTS.
Own a reliable car, laptop, and cell phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quotes and close deals with clients for decks and fences.
Utilize leads provided by the company to secure new projects.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all estimates and contracts.
SERVICE AREAS:
QUOTES-NEW CONTRACTS required in North York, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham.
