We are a Winnipeg based housing agency that owns and operates 50 homes. We are currently seeking an experienced handyperson to fill a position as a Maintenance Assistant within our Maintenance Department.
The successful applicant will be skilled in all aspects of residential property repairs and maintenance; ranging from landscaping to finished carpentry.
Strong skills in hand and power tool use, communication, plumbing and electrical fixture replacement, drywall repairs, and painting are all a must.
This position requires the daily use of a company owned vehicle, so an up-to-date driver's license and a clean driving record are a must.
This position starts at $22.00 an hour and includes excellent benefits.
