Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in booking and quoting moving services. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering calls, offering quotes, and booking customers for our moving services. We offer a basic starting wage, bi-weekly pay, and bonus incentives for booked jobs. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing information about our moving services and answering customer inquiries.
Assess customer household size and moving needs to provide accurate and competitive price quotations.
Follow up with potential customers to encourage them to book our services, overcoming objections and providing additional information as needed.
Utilize company software to schedule and manage customer bookings efficiently.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of moving schedules and resources.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes provided, and bookings made.
Meet or exceed monthly booking targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within our small team.
Requirements:

Competitive, independent, and sharp-minded individual with a proactive attitude.
Good knowledge of how the moving industry works is an asset.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and data entry.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Must have own vehicle for reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to work 9 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Comfortable working in a small office environment with a friendly team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:

Starting wage of $16/hr, the possibility of increase within three months, depending on performance, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses on booked jobs.
Bi-weekly pay schedule, guaranteed 80 hours bi-weekly.
No benefits are provided.
