Position: Part-time Front Office Receptionist
We are currently seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our growing Chiropractic office as a Front Office Receptionist. This is a part-time, permanent position with Saturday morning availability being a requirement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with basic Windows functions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively respond to general emails.
• Familiarity with Atlas Chiropractic software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Flexibility with scheduling, (holidays)
Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming calls, faxes, and scanning documents.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for multiple practitioners.
• Handling invoicing for third-party insurance companies.
