This trailer is in excellent used condition, no leaks, no soft spots, some wear and tear over 13 years, but nothing that would prevent camping in anyway. The one thing that could use work is the Awning, its getting old, and starting to peel. Still keeps the water and sun out, and withstood some very strong winds last year, but would replace or patch soon.

Its 33ft long and 5000lbs dry weight with 2400lbs cargo capacity. I pull it loaded with a Ram 1500 and it does very well. Comes with hitch/ball and sway bars that mount to the hitch.

This unit has a single powered slide for the kitchen and couch, which adds lots of space. Upgraded queen mattress, folding couch, convertible table and 3 bunks allows **SLEEPING FOR 8!**

Huge storage options, underbed storage, plenty of cabinet space and outside storage. Passthrough storage in the bunk area.

Full bathroom with tub, shower, sink and toilet, hot water heater.

30k BTU furnace with thermostat and fire alarms/co2 sensors. 13.5k btu air conditioning unit.

Indoor and outdoor kitchens, both with microwave, fridge/freezer, stovetop, and sinks. Outdoor kitchen has hook ups for propane if you'd rather use a grill.

Indoor and outdoor selectable speaker system with aux/cd/dvd/radio.
