EMBO Pest Control is a leader in the residential insect and pest control industry. This business is growing at a fast pace with opportunities for rapid career advancement in Hamilton and surrounding cities

What we are looking for:
We are looking for technicians in the Hamilton area for the 2024 season

We are hiring technicians who will be a high caliber independent problem solver, with great customer service skills, and who can focus on safety and quality while expanding the existing subscriber base.

Responsibilities:
As an EMBO Pest Control technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting pest control treatments
- Maintaining vehicles and equipment to high safety and cleanliness standards
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Identifying pest issues and recommending appropriate treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Working in both residential, commercial and industrial settings

Experience:
- Structural Exterminator License preferred, but not required
- Valid Driver's license / clean driving record
- Experience in the pest control industry
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Compensation:
Hourly wage, commissions and rewards for sales made during the season. (sales will represent a significant earning opportunity for our technicians.) Must have pest control license to get top wage.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:
- Ontario Exterminator License (preferred)
- Driving License (required)
