Position: Parking Lot Maintenance Specialist

At The Parking Lot Pros, we specialize in keeping parking lots in top-notch condition. From line painting to asphalt repair, crack sealing to sign installation, we do it all. We're currently seeking individuals who are handy, reliable, and eager to work on a casual basis to join our team. This is a utility position with options to work with other trades, learning a multitude of skills. It has the potential to reach up to 30 hour work weeks at this time, depending on the level of involvement the applicant requests.

Job Responsibilities:
- Line painting
- Crack sealing
- Pothole and asphalt repair
- Concrete curb repair
- Sign installation and repair
- Traffic calming installation and repair
- Parking lot sweeping
- Building maintenance and handyman/woman work
