**Job Summary:**

We are currently seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team, alongside committed individuals eager to learn the trade. As a Roofer, you will be tasked with preparing underlayment and installing asphalt shingles on renovation and new construction homes.

**Duties:**

- Installing asphalt shingles for residential reroofs and new constructions.

- Removing old roofing materials during renovation projects prior to installation of new materials.

- Utilizing both hand and power tools to complete roofing tasks.

- Engaging in heavy lifting and ladder climbing as necessary.

- Applying caulking and other sealants to safeguard roofs against water damage.

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

- Experience in roofing or a related field within construction.

- Competence in utilizing hand and power tools.

- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.

- Strong physical endurance for heavy lifting and climbing.

- Familiarity with diverse roofing materials and techniques.

**Additional assets for this role include a fall protection certificate, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle.**
