Great shape, new propane tanks, mattress (lower bunk) battery, and awning is 4 or 5 years old. Bright, spacious, sleeps 6-8, depending on size/age. Has queen bed in its own bedroom, then double bed under a single bunk. Table and couch turn into beds. Spacious, lots of storage, microwave, fridge (electric and propane) propane stove, propane heater and hot water heater, shower, toilet, sink, A/C, electric brakes. We've been using it a few times per year and renting when not using . We're done doing both so trailer comes with everything you need to get going, except bedding. All cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, toaster, coffee maker, portable drain tank, extension cords, electrical adapters, wheel chocks and locks and all towing hitch accessories, anti sway bars etc. This trailer does NOT have a slide out.
