-Rent without utilities: $700
-Rent with utilities and Wifi: $800 inclusive
-The room can be offered furnished or non-furnished
-Kitchen and living room are shared spaces
-Bathroom is shared with one other person
-Laundry and Dryer are available on-site in the basement
-Place is convenient and is near UTSC (10-15 minute bus ride) and Rouge-Hill GO station (7 minute walking distance)
-There is a plaza nearby (3 minute walking distance) that includes a coffee shop, Pizza Pizza, Popeyes, Subway, etc.
-There is Metro nearby (5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walking distance) and No frills nearby (15 minute bus ride).
