A spacious furnished room with a private bath and closet is available for rent near Royal Skytrain Station for $1200 per month including wifi, electricity, heat, and water. It is suitable for someone who works outside the home and mainly needs the room to sleep and rest. It shared kitchen has a microwave, a fridge, kettle, toaster and some dishes.

Government issued picture ID, one or two references and half a rent security deposit are required. It is rented to one person only (no couple please). Minimum three months rental.

The house is located minutes walk to Royal Oak SkyTrain station, Metropolis shopping center, food court, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transit. 20 minutes SkyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver, SFU downtown campus, and Surrey Campus 45 minutes bus ride to the UBC Vancouver campus.
