LP furnace, A/C, LP/electric fridge, LP/electric water heater, LP stove, power roof vent, power awning, aluminum rims, tires in good shape, everything works. Roof was damaged by tree branch Aug, 2022. Pics of damage in this ad. SGI wrote off camper. We bought it back and repaired roof. Has not leaked since repaired.
