Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Case Processor to join our Richmond office located in BC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of independent case processing experience, possess comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian immigration system, demonstrate a client-centric approach, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Independently manage and process immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client eligibility and provide tailored immigration solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and information, and provide timely updates on case status.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, agencies, and stakeholders on behalf of clients.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for each case, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of independent case processing experience in Canadian immigration consulting.
• Demonstrated client-centric approach with a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian immigration system, including various visa categories, pathways, and procedures, especially the Canadian economic class and International Mobility Program, LMIA
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of proficiency in English, equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 9 or above.
• Relevant educational background or certification in immigration consulting or related field is an asset.
• Fluent Chinese and English.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary：5000.00CAD/Month
