Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced detailer to join our team. As a detailer, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and restoring the interior and exterior of vehicles and boats to impeccable standards. From washing, waxing, and polishing to vacuuming and steam cleaning, attention to detail is key in ensuring customer satisfaction. The ability to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Perform interior and exterior detailing of vehicles and boats, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming
- Steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces to remove stains and dirt
- Apply protectants and conditioners to surfaces as needed
- Inspect vehicles and boats for any damages or imperfections and report them to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and complete tasks within specified time frames

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a car and/or boat detailer or similar role
- Proficiency in using detailing tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
