I am the second owner of this travel trailer since 2012. It has been very well taken care of. It has spent the last 9 years parked at our lot on Gull lake. There are no issues with it, everything works as it should. I have been very diligent at inspecting the roof every season and replacing sealant as required. Replaced the hot water tank circuit board last summer, always used an anode rod. Comes with two 6V batteries and two 30lb propane tanks. The stereo has also been updated which has a USB port and mbquart speakers. There is a bumper mounted hitch, great for using a bike carrier. Being Canadian made the quality seems better than most, for example the one piece acrylic shower. There are two skylights, one in the shower and one in the main area, vents both have maxair covers which is great if it hails. This unit sleeps 7 and is about 3900lb dry. The weight distribution hitch as shown in the picture is included, the TV is not, but the wall mount bracket is. The overall length is 22 feet. Must see to appreciate.
