The room is very large and spacious, with lots of natural lighting! There is in-unit laundry, a large living room, and a kitchen and bathroom as well. We also have a lovely outdoor balcony/deck with outdoor seating. The house is fully furnished, and the room is fully furnished too (although the furniture will be different from the photos). Great location right off of George at London!

The rent will be $625 inclusive of everything but hydro and Internet! Both come to around an additional 20-25$ each a month.

Bus stop is three minutes away, and easy access to the 6, 9, 11, 11A (all go to Trent) and the 2 stop is also walking distance. Downtown is walking distance as well.
