Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a reliable and experienced cube van driver for a permanent full-time position in Richmond Hill. This role requires some knowledge, high comfort level driving cube vans, competency in math, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Salary Expectation: $20.00
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle operations and maintenance: Safely operate a cube van for the purpose of transporting goods as per the delivery schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order and compliant with all traffic laws and regulations. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly to minimize downtime.
- Delivery duties: Deliver goods to various location ensuring timely arrival as per set routes and schedules. Load and unload goods from truck using proper tools and handling techniques to prevent damages. Verify delivery contents to ensure accurate quantities and types of goods are transported. Handle documentation(s) related to deliveries, such as delivery notes and invoices, ensuring all are completed, accurate, and submitted on time.
Qualifications:

- Problem Solving skills
- Minimum 2 years experience driving cube vans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
