Class 1 Delivery Driver

Are you a reliable and customer-focused individual with a Class 1 license? We are currently seeking a Class 1 Delivery Driver to join our team at Delcan Group of Companies. This is a full-time on-site role as a Class 1 Delivery Driver located in Fort MacLeod, AB. As a Class 1 Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for daily transportation operations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, and performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.

Delcan Group of Companies is a local lumber yard in Fort Macleod and a Plastic Manufacturer in Calgary. With a focus on quality products and services, we are looking for a dedicated Class 1 Delivery Driver to assist in providing excellent delivery services for both our lumber and plastic divisions.


Requirements:
• Possession of a Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is considered an asset
• Physical fitness as the role involves lifting and carrying packages
• Deliveries are mostly local, but occasional out-of-province trips may require overnight stays
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service
