Looking for a PSW/caregiver to provide live-in support for a 72 yr old senior male in the Jane and Sheppard, North York area with early stages of dementia and on dialysis. Wife is currently in the hospital and unable to provide care.

Responsibilities include:
• Assistance with daily activities
• Medication management
• Meal preparation and light housework, laundry
• Companionship and overall safety
• Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

Previous experience with dementia preferred.
Having a drivers license is an asset but not required.
May occasionally be required to accompany to dialysis (wheel trans or use of family vehicle).

Required Schedule:
Sunday evening to Friday early evening.
When not taking patient to dialysis (currently 4:30 pm to 8 pm), caregiver has time to themselves.

PLEASE NOTE: Caregiver can remain in home on off schedule days if they wish,
private bedroom will be provided with personal living space.
