This is the closest off campus house--a 5-minute walk to the University (just cross the street) and is on two main bus routes so it's easy to go shopping and get anywhere in the city. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the 2nd floor, one bedroom and one bathroom is in the basement.
This room has a closet, and is furnished with a single size bed, a study desk, a chair, a bookshelf etc,.
Price is $650 all inclusive (electricity, heat, water and WiFI are all covered), dishwaser and laudry(free) on site. Prefer a female student.
