We need this person to be caring enough to reflect the purpose of our helping mission of helping marginalized people get better access to resources. Caring enough to follow up with people and ask how they've been doing? Care to remember their name how they wish to help people too and say thank you. Basic sounding to the right person no doubt but there's many out there who want the paycheck and don't want to ever call anyone.... we respect them bit the need is for outreach at where we are at. We have a great admin, accounting and marketing team already.

We don't care if you take breaks how you want as long as the agreed upon work in the time that is agreed is fair. We only ask employees to which we have personally done ourselves.
