Easy start, fairly quiet. Sells for over $1000 new. Breaker handle tips broken off but breakers fully functional and can be opened or closed with your fingers or small screwdriver tip. No need to turn off, always leave on. Has never tripped on me.
Came without wheels, so welded an axle and installed a pair of pneumatic wheels. Have not attached a handle..
