Now hiring a Permanent Parttime Site Caretaker at Sandbridge; a 55 gated community located at 3333
South Main Street in Penticton, BC.
Wage: $30.00/hr approximately 10 hr/week
Start Date: July 1, 2024
Duties include general site complex repairs and maintenance, knowledge or previous experience in
plumbing, HVac or electrical is an asset.
The successful candidate must be physically able to climb ladders to gutter level etc., work
independently and take direction from the strata council.
