• Certified Personal Trainer - ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association)

I genuinely want to help persons become healthier and happier while doing so in a respectful and professional manner. I am not obsessed with fitness, but it is rare that I will ever miss a day of my own personal exercise plan. I live a simple and positive lifestyle and am ready to take on a new client in my health and life coaching business. I have found progress in my own personal and professional life and want to help others reach their goals (not only fitness).
