2013 DUTCHMEN travel trailer in IMMACULATE condition. GREAT size and easy to pull! Has brand NEW TIRES and the BEARINGS have been completely REDONE only because my husband wanted them done, not that they needed it. The POWER AWNING works great and is a good size(new motor 2023), has POWER JACK, SLIDE works great, nice size FRIDGE. MICROWAVE, STOVE, OVEN all work wonderful! TheAIR CONDITIONER, FURNACE all work great too! The BLINDS are accordion type, cloth - not the cheap metal ones. The TV swivels between the bedroom and living area. Has OUTDOOR SPEAKERS. The PANTRY is great and beside the stove. There is lots of storage and an OUTDOOR SHOWER. There is an air vent with fan in the bathroom and also has a SKYLIGHT in the shower area. Has a BATTERY SAVER on the front hitch. Includes STABILIZER BARS. We bought this camper from Four Seasons Virden two years ago. It was inspected then and has hardly been used since. Also, can sleep up to 6 people. Presently parked beside our house so the awning is only out a bit right now. Only used 4 times last year. No leaks and has been cared for lots! Asking $16,850 or obo.
