I currently own a food truck and exploring the idea of partnering with a chef to run it for the summer. This is a large 38' trailer with a full commercial kitchen, 6 burner stove/ oven, large double deep fryer and 15 grate rotisserie smoker (can handle 250 chickens for context), stand up fridge and freezer, storage ect. I have a permanent spot available at a lake. As well booked for Ponoka Stampede. Open to ideas, rental and partnerships.
