*Biweekly Landscaping Services Plan*

- Lawn Mowing:
    - Maintain lawn height at 2.5-3 inches
    - Use mulching mower to leave grass clippings on the lawn
- Edging:
    - Use string trimmer to edge around trees, gardens, and hardscapes
- Weeding:
    - Remove weeds from gardens, flower beds, and hardscapes
- Pruning:
    - Trim shrubs and small trees to maintain shape and size
- Yard Cleanup:
    - Remove debris, leaves, and branches from the yard
- Additional Services (optional):
    - Fertilization and pest control applications
    - Plant installation and maintenance
    - Seasonal decorations and holiday lighting

*Schedule:*

- Every other week, on [insert day of the week]
- Service duration: approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the property

*Pricing:*

- $60 per visit for small to medium-sized properties (less than 1/4 acre)
- $80 per visit for medium-sized properties (1/4 to 1/2 acre)
- $100 per visit for large properties (over 1/2 acre)

*Payment Terms:*

- Payment is due upon completion of each service
- Acceptable payment methods: cash, check, credit card

*Cancellation Policy:*

- 24-hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling
