Overview:
GoldenGate Lawyers invites ambitious Articling Students to apply for a position starting in September 2024 (or earlier) at our Niagara Falls office. This role is perfect for those with a fervent interest in law and a desire to enhance their legal expertise. Our firm primarily deals with corporate, commercial real estate, and injury law, but you will also gain insights into various other legal fields.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis.
Prepare various legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Participate in client consultations, court sessions, and other legal activities.
Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal aides on case preparation and client services.
Analyze and condense legal materials.
Provided support in marketing and performed administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
Possession of a Bachelor of Laws or an equivalent degree/NCA.
Must be qualified to serve as a student-at-law in Ontario by September 2024.
Exceptional writing proficiency for drafting precise legal documents.
Skilled in legal research.
Capable of dissecting intricate legal issues to offer sound advice.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with a team.
Previous legal work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
