The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk/chair, closet and bookshelf.

Alongside your private bathroom, you will also have a private kitchen and washing machine/dryer (my roommates are gone and are not subletting for the summer). You get the living room and the large flat-screen TV to yourself too.

The kitchen has all appliances and utensils: pots/pans, coffee machine, fork/spoons/knives, air fryer, toaster, etc.

It is a 15-20 min bus ride to Western University and usually takes me <15 minutes to bike.

A grocery store (food basics) and many other convenience stores and restaurants <5 minutes walk away.

Additional amenities include private and group study areas in the building, an outdoor BBQ area, and a full gym facility.
