ready for a new home, i have had this for 9 years, 27.5' from front of hitch to back of storage rack, we loved this camper very much, many miles travelled, pulls well, flipped axles, great for camping in the bush, but needs some work, last year a tire blew and cracked the grey and black water tanks, so we since upgraded and this one has fallen into a bit of disrepair but its not far gone, the original furnace and original fridge died a few years ago, when that happened i pulled all the propane equip. out and put a bar fridge in as i had a generator built onto the back at the time (now using bar fridge elsewhere), still have the remaining original propane appliances, when pulled the stove/oven and hot water tank worked and are included (but not installed), microwave included, water pump works perfect, battery held charge and is working, i had a boat rack on solar panel on the roof, pulled them in the fall and allowed the snow melt to enter the roof, it was parked leaned to the front so front 4 feet or so of the roof has water damage but should be an easy fix to seal up, walls look in good integrity, tires are in decent shape. large closet, dining area turns into bed, comes with a twin bed in good condition, she needs some love but with that can be an excellent trailer again, has a rack on the back with a truck box toolbox, first $500 takes it, located in Red Deer, can be delivered in the area, text me @ 403 506 1365 if interested
