Price Chart
Studio Apartment: Flat Rate: $75 ( Estimated time: 1-2 hours max)
1 Bed-2 Bedrooms Apartment/House/basement: Flat Rate: $125 (Estimated time: 2-2:15 max hours max)
3Bedrooms House: Flat Rate: $175 (Estimated time: 3 hours max)
4 Bedrooms House: $225 (Estimated time: 3:30-4:00 hours max)

What will be covered in this flat rate?
- All rooms including kitchen, dining, Tv lounge, bedrooms dusting, vacuuming, and if carpet free Mopping)
-For the Kitchen, we can also do dishes and inside cleaning of the microwave- Cleaning of stovetops also included.
-Emptying the trash cans and all rooms bins and replacing with new bags.
- All bathrooms are professionally cleaned.
- Laundry and folding of clothes is not added- You can add on for some extra $$
We use our own cleaning supplies however not the equipment such as Vacuum, mop bucket and mop as some team members use public transport. However, for move outs where equipment is necessary, we are happy to provide with some additional cost.
