My mother in law is being evicted along with the entire building due to unsafe conditions. We are trying to find her a place down in fredericron closer to us.

$900 and the deposit will be covered by NB housing ( they have not been much of a help and I spoke with killam and subfield properties both are not accepting new programs, which is wild to me how are people supposed to put roofs over their heads when they are not able to work)

She has a service dog and two cats

Utilities included and washer and dryer would be ideal as we are going to cover what nb housing cannot so as it stands we could max out at 1200 with utilities and 1000 without roughly

Preferably minimal stairs
