Looking for 1 sublessee for May 1st to end of August, with option to rent September 1, pending landlord approval.

Large bedroom in basement apartment. Apartment is furnished with an equipped kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, appliances, etc.), large bedroom (desk, bed, tall shelf unit with doors, side table and big closet) and bathroom. Laundry is located in unit. All utilities included.

Currently 3 other male sutdents live here, besides me.
