Dry Land Butchering is looking for a part time meat wrapper with full time available starting October.

Duties would include but not limited to wrapping of raw meat products as well as vacuum packing processed meats. Other duties would also be to help with the deboning and trimming of raw meat products and cleaning of processing equipment.

Applicant must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as be able to lift 30lb and more. This is a physically demanding fast pace environment. Applicant must also have reliable means of transportation as we are located 25km away from the nearest town.

The right applicant will have the opportunity to climb the ladder to being full time meat cutter and sausage maker as well as helping with slaughter.
