Very well maintained and clean, dog friendly, travel trailer, perfect for a couple. 33' 11” long, cabin is 26', GVRW 9,500 lbs, hitch weight 840 lbs, 2 axles, 13,500 btu a/c, 62.6 gallon fresh water, 2 grey tanks totalling 65 gallons, 32.5 gallon black tank, with power rinse out and 6 gallon hot water tank. Very low kilometres on the trailer, taken to a campground every spring, then brought home in the fall. Stored the rest of the year in a covered shed. Floors were always covered, king size master (no mattress included), large roomy bathroom, lots of interior storage, table was always covered, tv in living area, power jacks, two slides, couch folds out to a king size bed, lots of added lighting, remote door lock, two outside lights, led lighting under power awning, tires were always covered, camper was waxed and polished every fall before being stored, it was also covered in the shed for the winter. Must be seen to be appreciated. We have more pictures and a wonderful rv article we would love to share, which made us fall in love with it originally!
