This is lazy boy furniture and is in very good condition. It is clean and has been shampooed. All the foot rests come forward with little space needed between the piece of furniture and the wall. The middle of the couch doesn't have a foot rest. It has a drawer that pulls out and the top (as in the picture) comes down for food and drink bottles, etc. Call 778-694-7587 if you have questions.
