Double bed with fantastic Douglas memory foam mattress, high boy chest of drawers, and night stand included. Top-down, bottom-up room darkening blinds. The room is 10.5' x 11', so there's lots of room to add a desk, if you wanted.

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Utilities & wifi included, within reason.

Rules of house:
- No guests
- No smoking/420 (outdoors is okay)
- Keep it clean
- Keep it quiet

$300 security deposit, proof of employment/income
