Move In READY! Sleeps 8. This amazing trailer is located on an awesome lot that faces one of three playgrounds in Shangri La campground. The lot is a short walk from the main bathroom and showers as well as the pool. Weekly bands and djs provide entertainment on weekends and fireworks occur on the four long weekends throughout the camping season.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed - with a new mattress, large under bed storage, two closets and two outlets. Overhead lights as well as lights over the bed and two windows including an emergency exit are also included in this room .
Bunk room has two “normal” twin beds (not trailer twin). The bottom bunk has a new mattress. The room includes two storage areas at the head of each bed and an outlet for the upper bunk. A closet is also included in the room as well as a tv. The room has a swinging closing door to it.
The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, sink with storage below, medicine cabinet and toilet.
The kitchen includes two cabinets over the sink (dishes included with trailer), one cabinet below the sink, two oversized drawers and a cabinet behind the sink and a utensil drawer to the side of the sink. The stove and microwave are stainless steel. Additional storage is found in four cabinets above the tv and two cabinets below the tv as well as two cabinets above the couch.
The couch turns into a double bed and the table set turns into a double bed as well.
The table and couch are on a slide out that has been meticulously maintained.
There is an outdoor shower unit on the front of the trailer as two outdoor cubbies that run the full width of the trailer. There is also another storage area on the back of the trailer.
The lot includes a 32' by 10' deck with hard roof that is shingled. Wooden blinds that open and close are built into the deck. There is a second deck that is 22.5' by 12'.
Included also is a 10x10 shingled shed that houses a full sized fridge. There is also a wood shed on the lot.
